They singled out state Motor Vehicle departments and mentioned the worst one (Massachusetts). They also said more info could be found online at InsideEdition.com. I went to the site and they listed the worst ten states and the best ten. Our state was one of the best ten, which did not surprise me because I recently contacted our DMV and was very pleased with the friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism of the person who helped me.
