RE: Slavery Recoupment Project
Greetings, my name is Stephanie Manuel and I am the CEO of American People United, many months ago I contacted the United States Government informing them of the changing that were to take effect in regards to the States which were directly associated with the acts of Slavery. Additionally I reached out to each of your States informing you on numerous occasions of how your participation was requested. Unfortunately you and your State and the United States of America has failed to comply. This is my first and only attempt to contact you directly in writing with specific instructions on how you shall carry out the following actions.  The malicious act of Slavery has left a lasting impact on the hearts and minds of the descendants of American Slaves yet no viable solution has been reached in order to begin the compensation process. Today I believe you have obtained enough data about me to understand that I am someone unlike anyone else who has approached you concerning this matter. I am not associated with any organizations or groups or individuals who are seeking other forms of compensation. My message to you is clear and final you understand what has been done in the past now you shall understand what must be done moving forward.
Phase I
Your State will be financially responsible for providing 12 solar powered cruise ships as part of the slavery recoupment project. Your State will bear the coast of each ship and proper licenses docking fees and all administrative fees associated with cruise line ownership in the your State. Each cruise ship will be custom developed and completely solar powered. Figures and cost of each ship can be discovered by your research department and affiliated Organizations. Your State will also fund the entire project associated with the construction of docks and porting stations to house each cruise ship. This is a part of the ongoing effort to begin to resolve many of the back debt owed to American Slave Descendants. 
Phase II
In addition your State will be responsible for transferring property ownership over to my company American People United. Previously you were contacted with a list of properties that were directly associated with the acts of slavery in your State. An additional list will be sent to your office and to the mayors in the cities in which these properties lye. All transfer fees and cost to relocate individuals and companies who presently occupy these properties will be supplied by your state and local counties associated with the properties.
