Dear Governor Hailey,
First let me thank you for addressing this issue in SC. 
I started out taking care of my mom's injuries at 4 years old. 
I left home and married by 18 yrs old. I suffered horrible abuse for the next 10 years,,up to and including a forced abortion ( yes its possible). I still go through ptsd to this day bc so much triggers memories. I pray you can help the women of our state.some laws vhanging have helped but we need more severe punishment.
