One of the alternatives is to come through Quail Hollow a community located directly behind the Lexington County Hospital and bordered by the Saluda River. One of the alternatives is to come straight down Holly Ridge which would destroy several homes worth $1,000,000 or more (Gates of Quail Hollow), then go down Holly Ridge (Quail Hollow) which has homes from $250,000 to $500,000 and then continue through property to I-20 which has been designated for a middle school. This then destroys another community, Quail Ridge, which has homes $400,000 and up. My neighborhood of Quail Hollow would be cut in half and my home would be locked between the new connector and the Saluda River. My home which has a current value of approximately $325,000 would not be worth anything. I respectively request that you and members of the SC DOT consider options that will not disrupt this beautiful neighborhood along the Saluda River. Thank you. 104.2.237.225
