It included past military persons with 180 days of active deployment. I did not here of one that needed to be included. Retired law enforcement should also be exempt. I served in both SC and NH and retired with 25 years of service. I do not have a carry permit just because of the hassle of getting with a sheriff for range time. Under federal provisions we are exempt and I think SC should adopt this as well, providing we carry our retired law enforcement ID. Thanks
