As you know CPW violated my rights &amp the underwriter laws of my Federal loan. I lost that home due to illegal utility, installed to a new service. Over Two million dollars in loses, my cat &amp dog died to nervous system problems. I now have seizures &amp immune system problems due to CPW. But even worse Duke Power has installed illegal secondary distribution to my parents home also, where I now live. I would have to say they are trying to kill me. To cover-up for the mortgage fraud and enbesilment. As you know under sizing secondary is a illegal wire tap. But even worse the slowly kills you. They use the EMF for systematic abuse (mental), Theft &amp brainwashing. This violates about every Privacy law, Storage Act, Communication Act, Protect America Act, Hindering &amp Impairing a US Citizen, NESC, ANSI, ICEA, FCC, DOE, UL60950-1,IEEE, etc. Please help the South Carolina Legal Services stated they couldn't take the case due to Federal Criminal charges that must be handled by judicial branch law enforcement. I'm 43 years old, I worked for my money. Plus my dad died &amp I been a victim of violent crime before. I don't know how you think I'm to take this. But CPW'S actions are unacceptable. So are Duke Powers. There service don't even meet nameplate. They did this on purpose, it's like the Jewish story. Where they paint there sins on the goat then cast him out to be slaughtered. The RF leakage from the illegal formulation violates USC 18 119 Section 2511, plus State law &amp local ordainice under section 6 &amp 9 of multicode.
