We have rented a house, hired a caterer, band, bakery, florist, had the rental agency get a permit for the wedding and thought everything was fine for the wedding to take place this Saturday March 29, 2014 at 4:30. Guest are coming from as far as New York. We received a call for the rental agency this afternoon at 4:30 PM to inform us that the Folly Beach Replenishment work will be in front of the house by Saturday and that we will not have access to the beach for the wedding and that a bulldozer will be running all day and night moving the sand around. We are hoping someone might be able to help us with this one day of not working. Any help from the Governors office with this one day would be greatly appreciated. It never hurts to ask.
