I have a Chappells address but live in Saluda county. We are right in the corner of Newberry, Greenwood and Saluda counties. We have severe molding in my ceiling from leaks that came up during the severe rain that we had. My roof had not leaked before. I also have a leak now that is dripping right thru a light in my living room which is very dangerous. In my particular location my pond ran over about 10 feet up into my yard. we had every bit as much driving rain as the Columbia area, but Saluda is not on the list of counties that qualify. What can I do?
