I'm worried that people down that way will get hurt. I'm particularly worried about the people in Blackville. Blackville is my home town. We lived there until 2000. We moved to West Columbia in 2000 after Dad had a stroke. Dad died in a skydiving accident on 9/11/05. Could y'all please warn the people in Blackville and those who live on or near Edisto River about flooding? I don't want anyone from back home to get hurt. Also if y'all could make South Carolina Strong T-Shirts available for purchase in stores that'd be awesome. Mom's a little hesitant to buy one online. She's concerned about scams. Will y'all please have police officers guard road barricades? That way people won't move them. Anyone who tries to move the barricades would be fined or arrested. Warning people to move the barricades isn't enough. People aren't listening to that warning. People who move the barricades are putting themselves and everyone else in danger. Sincerely, Cayce
