I am normally a generous person but I have concerns with bringing the Syrian refugees into our state.  I think for the most part they will not be received well thus putting them at risk. Second of all- can you be absolutely assured that there will not be some terrorists within the group, and at this time-  unless there is a 100% assurance-  I think you will be putting your present citizens at risk. I think also the statistics coming out of countries in Europe- especially Sweden are disconcerting  in that the number of rapes have increased after the refugees have arrived.  Will you be bringing in criminals into our midst?  Please rethink your decision on this matter. Sincerely, Mary E. Todd
PS  I was a foster care worker with DSS for nearly 28 years  having bought out the last two months to care for my mother.  I am not an alarmist.
