<WFUD_Request>Good morning:     I would like to bring to your attention a very troubling incident which occurred, on April 13, 2016,  I was taking a cab from Columbia Metropolitan Airport to the Amtrak station, also in Columbia, approximately 6 miles away, I having previously checked, on websites that calculate cab rides, of the same exact distance, and the costs were approximately $12-$14 dollars,    I took a cab company called " applejack",  cab Number 201,  from the airport to the Amtrak station, at approximately 11:30 PM, on 4/13/2016,   the cabdriver was a black man approximately 5'10" tall medium build,  as we were in the cab, heading to the Amtrak station,  I questioned him about his route taking,  and the speed of the meter,   as I watched his hands on the steering wheel, I continually noticed he was touching a button on or near the console,  that seemed to move the meter faster then it should have been,  as I brought it to his attention, he acted completely oblivious to me,  then with accent, saying "I do not understand I do not understand',  when I got to the Amtrak train station,   the total bill was according to his meter $22,   I told him I would be contacting the governor's office to look into this matter,   he started rambling on about, "how he was a God-fearing man, and God would protect him" etc,  I told him I will see to it that the governor's office or the proper department would look into it,    if there is any further information that is needed please feel free to contact me at 718-909-9224,   I thank you very much in advance for any and all help in this matter
