Due to the horrific flooding Governor Haley issued a declaration of State of Emergency. We need the Executive order available to print off so that we can service the grocery stores in South Carolina. Having this order if it allows hours of service to be suspended will allow our drivers to get in and get out legally without being in the way or risking their safety.
