Hello,  Governor  Nikki  Haley ,  sorry  to  keep bothering  you  but  we  have  a  legit  case  of   Harassment by  this  mary elizabeth  norris  who  sometimes  stays at  3015 Haverford Circle, Columbia , S.C. 29203, She  actually  has  another  address  where  the  children  are  staying ,  check  this  license  plate number S.C.  license  plate  number  GDN-373  and  GRM-700  and  801-6HC  are  the vehicles  this  mary  elizabeth norris drives  over  here  to  3015  Haverford  Circle, Columbia,  S.C.  29203  and  then  she  leaves  and is  only  in the  house  in the  evening  so  that  she  can  Shine  her Spotlight on  us , She  also  has  a  renter  in the  house  a clara m,  pryor  who  gets  a monthly  check  and  can pay  for  a  room  somewhere  else  but  as  the  sheriff's  deputy  e.  pearson  said  that  mary elizabeth  norris informed  him  that  clara m. pryor  was  an  aunt  who  was  just  staying  there  for  a few  weeks  but  she's  been  in  this  government  assisted  house  since  the  summer  of  2013  now  that  money  should  be  paid  back  to  H.U.D. ?  but   someone  she  knows  at H.U.D.  will  let  her  get  away  with  taking  the Taxpayers Money  and  do  nothing  but  the  state can  ask  her  to  payback  the  citizens of  S.C. State.  And  Yes  Governor  Nikki  Haley  tonight  Thursday  night thru  Friday  morning  She has  her  Bright Spotlight Shining  into  our  window  and it's  currently  2:55  am  as  we're  sending  information  to  your  Office ,  Governor  there's  no  Quality of  life every  night  being  Pestered  and  Harassed  and  Privacy  being  invaded  by  someone  that  our  Tax  Money  Supports !  can  you  see if  you can find an Ordinance  that  pertains  to a section-8  can't  invade  a citizens Privacy  or  continue  with  constant  Harassment ?
