(CLEMSON)---Clemson University is offering a Serving Safe Food Instructor Certification course on March 20-22, 2000.  The training will be held at the Ramada Inn in Clemson, SC.

Information and materials from the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association (NRA) will be used by Clemson University faculty to teach the course.  Guest speakers, lab activities, and field trips are incorporated into the course.  Class size is limited to 35 participants.
