"Herbert said more than 200,000 cars travel the I-385 and I-85 interchange, and the changes are necessary. Funding for the project will come from The Federal Highway Administration, Greenville-Pickens Area Transportation Study and Act 98." I've never seen travel in this general area to be a problem even when I've been traveling through it during rush hour traffic, but yet our DOT, whom Governor Haley says needs restructuring, is pushing this ridiculous project through anyway! WHY NOT TAKE SOME OF THIS FUNDING AND FIX OUR STATE'S CRUMBLING ROADS....THAT ARE TEARING UP OUR VEHICLES!
