I am currently a temporary full time state employee who does not get paid leave due to being a temporary employee. I get insurance but no vacation time. I think it would not be fair if temporary full time state employees does not get this grant paid leave for the flooding, due to us having bills also and working just as hard as the permanent full time employees. I hope this grant consider full time temporary state employees.
