I am not 100 percent sure you will be able to help but am hoping at some point in my multiple emails and phone calls someone somewhere can. My ex husband has never paid child support and moved to arkansas 13 years ago, i have given them his address and have been to court here to verify his address etc but always seem to get the same dead end "we are doing what we can" letters back from child support services. they have even said he doesnt live at that address because he doesnt pay taxes at that address-that belonged to his mother. My boys are 13 and 17 now and as a single parent even on a decent salary i have trouble meeting ends sometimes and feel that something could be done and he should have to help me support my children
