June 10, 2012 we moved from Ohio to SC with a company that left Ohio and relocated to Union, SC. My husband was one of only a handful of people from Ohio to relocate since the deal included hiring SC people. Fine. However, today my husband's job was terminated and he is currently unemployed.  It just feels wrong to have relocated and within two years loose that good job! In fact, most of the Ohio transplants have been let go! ESAB is a strong company, but after giving so much to the cause of the company, this feels like a kick in the gut! It is great that Mrs. Haley works so hard to bring business to SC, but it is so unfair to uproot an entire family, get them reestablished in an entire new state and then loose the job you moved for! Today is a sad day for the Wright family.
