Mr. Mark Lynch would like to speak with someone in the Governor's office about the Marketplace Fairness Act.  As the president of a large, locally owned retailer in Greenville he wants his concerns known.  He indicates that Jeff Lynch Appliance and TV Center regularly loses sales to out-of-state internet retailers because the customers believe they don't have to pay SC sales tax.  

Mr. Lynch also advises that his wife, Sarah Lynch, met Nikki Haley recently.  If at all possible he would like to speak directly with the Governor.
