Go with the Blue Ribbon Advisory Committee's plan of 12 million per year for 3 years. 2. Suspend sports programs - which seem to drain the budget 3. Focus on academic programs 4. Request a more detail budget plan from the president 5. Request that the Blue Ribbon Advisory Committee find what is causing the increasing debt 6. Request that the president start a capital campaign to raise money for the university 7. The Blue Ribbon Advisory Committee's plan should allow the university administration a year to work with (maybe) a retired president (Clemson or USC) who could act as a consultant
