I have a problem with a man that lives next door to me killing my cats. The law is telling me I can't do anything about it due to some stupid law about leash on a cat and that is not fair. He sets traps under his garage with food in it for them, I have pictures to prove it! I'd really appreciate your response on this and possibly on how I can do something to stop this. There is no way of keeping a cat on a leash in the country. We have the cats to keep snakes and rats away, we have small kids that play outside.
