There are a lot of vehicles with these very bright after market lights. The drivers of these vehicles have no regard for the safety of others. They ride your bumper preventing you from being able to see where you are going. Basically blinded from behind. They also blind oncoming traffic. Some of these are those jacked up trucks, I have noticed some new Lexus vehicles also have very bright lights. I know some senior citizens who quit driving at night because of this.
