I understand this is very last minute.  I am writing to see if it might be possible to meet with  Governor Haley.  We are a military family living in Maryland.  My husband is assigned to Aberdeen Proving Ground.  Our daughter, Sarah, is a senior and will be attending USC in the fall.  We are in town for Admitted Students Day.  Our daughter will be majoring in Public Relations with the intention of going on to law school.  One of the reasons she decided USC was the perfect place for her was the proximity to the State House.  She is looking forward to applying for an internship in the future.  My husband and I think she will persue a career in government or politics.  We would love for her to meet Governor Haley as an example of a strong leader who happens to be a woman.  Sarah is a strong, civic minded young lady.  Do you think it might be possible to meet with Governor Haley this weekend?  My number is 910-603-4255.  Please call me if you think we might be able to set up a meeting.  We have a Scholars Social this evening on campus and Saturday we have several meetings on campus.  Our events on Saturday end at 4pm.  We leave early Sunday morning.  I understand the governor is a busy woman and that this is VERY short notice.
