When you look at the dysfunction in our federal govt, it becomes clear that the Congress has proven to be incapable of holding Obama accountable. Congress has been so partisan that any real progress is not possible. 

It is time to change course. We need a Convention of States to take corrective action against the federal bureaucracy. The objective should be to force one term limits on legislators. The career politicians are preoccupied with retaining their status over providing service to the people. We need to eliminate the President's executive action power other than in times of a declared war by congress. I would take this away from all future Presidents as well. It is a means of making law without the legislature. That is clearly a violation of the Constitution. Another of the goals of the COS should be to require Congress to balance the budget, secure our borders, strip Congress of the retirement and healthcare benefits that they put into place without approval. Without these illegal benefits, they might have read the Affordable Care Act instead of authorizing the open-ended framework that it has become.
When these are accomplished, we can get a realistic conversation about how people apply and earn citizenship. With border control we can regulate who comes in and keep out the people who cannot assimilate or be positive contributors to our country.
It is imperative that the STATES assert their power. The abuses and waste is far beyond reason. The balance in power must be corrected. Please lead the way to unit Governors across the nation to organize and change out collective course.
