On Feb.8 2016 Michael"Shane"Dooley was released from GCDC on a family court bench warrant for failure to pay child support.At the time of the arrest he also recieved a drug charge as well.Usually the case.Mr.Dooley is currently over $14,000 behind in his support.Every time he is arrested he is quickly released and there is never a payment made towards his child support.NEVER.(informant for the state maybe?)Mr.Dooley left his child when she was 6 years old,she's now 18 and she is amazing.She does have times of severe depression and issues with alot of things teens her age don't usually have to face..Full time work and school before the age of 18 is not common but she does it because she has to.Her father should be held accountable and serve time for the damage he's done to his child.Your judicial system taught my daughter she is not important as far as she is concerned.She's watched her dad avoid her like she had the plague and our courts have thrown him back to the streets every single time..no regard to who all that decision affects,most importantly ..my child.What happens when he overdoses and dies,like 4 other people I've personally known in the past year.This system is failing our children miserably.I called my so called DSS case worker to see the progress if any on Michael's requirement to participate in the Fatherhood program and he was clueless to what I was talking about.CLUELESS.I'm am extremely upset with this system letting this go on for years.It's shameful.South Carolina used to be a place I was glad to call home..No More.Thank God he said in His Word he protects and provides for his widows and orphans because it's by the Grace of God my child and I have survived.
