AGENCY REPORTS—SPECIAL REQUESTS

Certain characteristics of some agency reports are controlled by built-in options selected at report run-time. For these reports, the particular characteristics of the reports run in "production mode" and distributed to agencies represent only one of many possible combinations of available options. An agency having a special need for a report; using a non-standard combination of the available run-time options; may request in writing that the Central State Finance Division of the Comptroller General's Office would provide such a report.

Agency reports and their associated built-in run-time options can be seen in the Agency Reports--Special Requests Report Options. For example, although the Statement of Estimated and Actual Revenue (CSA 406CR) is normally produced only at month-end for agencies; this table indicates that CSA 406 could be run for one specific agency on any date before the end of the month by using the "Current Month to Date" and "Select and/or Exclude Agency(ies)" options.
