My daughter was subjected to a hearing about the custody of her children. The caseworker stated that she would not permitted to return unless my house was gutted. I object to the fact that no one from the department of Social Services conducted the inspection and and no warning was given as to the existance of any problem. I was subjected to a very rude and discourteous grilling by the police from an inspection that was conducted by the police that was conducted under the ruse that my son would be arrested if he did not permit them on my premises. My daughter is indigent and I feel that the method of ambush needs to be brought to the attention of the Southern Poverty Law Center for appropriate legal action. 198.29.53.141
