It was pointed out that SC spent $200,000+ last year on maintenance and had numerous dams fail and flood the city, while NC spent $2,000,000 and had zero dams fail. It is disgraceful that the Roads legislation which the Legislature passed was stymied by the Governor, and no bill was passed this year. I urge the Governor to cooperate with the Legislature and pass a Roads bill FIRST THING during next year's session. The people of South Carolina are losing patience with the bickering, which is preventing anything getting done about our roads. There is no excuse for it.
