Dear Governor Haley,
 If SC were a private enterprise they have to figure out how to be more efficient or go out of business.  Government always wants more taxes instead of making their operation more efficient.  NO NEW TAXES.  And that includes gas taxes. We need drug testing for welfare abusers. I believe this will stimulate more income when there are less people on welfare and actually working. Also put the prisoners to work. They need to pay for there three hots and a cot!!! I do and so do you. I love what you have done for South Carolina now lets roll up our sleeves and make this happen.
