<WFUD_Request>I want to build a house been planning since I moved to that address. A long story short I feel who doed. I talked with the building permits and planning department in Sumter county south Carolina before applying for permit. The planning department called and are saying basically I have to do what they said. People in the government should realize whom they work for and it appears it's not the people.

I have applied for a building permit for a house not two for more than one residential, single family structure.
Story line
Patricia Nelson called and said I would basically have to remove the trailor I am currently living in after I move into the house. Which I interpret to mean deposing of the property I said no I am not getting rid or disposing of the trailor.
the I don't get why Patricia nelson seemed to get disconnected. With me three times either I believe she hung up.
There is a long battle between me and that office. There are other options. These people in this office know that. However, they are intent on this position. 
Mr. McGregor wrote" There is njo relevant section of the ordinance that permits more than one residential, single family structure.". I didn't apply for that. I believe if you talk to them you would get if a better picture.
Personally, I believe the misapplication of there code/plan for Sumter County is biased toward me because of our previous court cases that went to Sc State Supreme Court in may of 1997 and the other issues we have confrontations with.
All I have in the jest of things gotten from them is no and told what I will do or they would not ok the building permit.
They are aware I have saved the money and taken the summer off work.  This delay prevent me from building the house. That all the money I have and some to live on till it dried in.
I had talked with them before I took time off work which is a lay off. I am unemployed. 
This permit cost us 819.00, another 10 for filling out a statement saying it is our house which the didn't give us a copy of when requested but said they would send a copy with the permit.and the other costs not yet tallied up.
This aren't cheap. I need and am asking for your intervention because of time. If I can't start by July I won't get enough work done to dry house in before I must find a job.
I need honesty at best I need an honest representative to help me. I seeing this email message to all my senators and representatives' and local official's. Please realize I ask for your help in getting the matter resolved quickly  so I can get our house dried in before I have no money to live on do do this and have to go back to work at least get someone in state government too.  The planning people have been fighting me since 92. The first one went all the way to the state supreme court. I feel their is bias towards me because of this.</WFUD_Request>
