• Sanford goes over the report --
he got his first look at it Thursday -- and decides which
recommendations he likes, which he doesn't and which he will adjust
to his liking.
• He then decides which of those
recommendations he will pursue and how to implement them.
• Some changes Sanford could do on
his own through executive orders.
• Others might require the
blessing of the General Assembly through legislation.
• In some cases, the governor
might even have to seek a change in the state constitution, which
would have to be approved by both the General Assembly and the
state's
voters.
