How is this fair for our children? All children are important. Not just the ones whose parents can't/won't work. My son is being punished because we actually try and do nor receive state/federal assistance. If the kids on medicaid were the ones being excluded, then it would be labeled as discrimination. So why are the current standards not discrimination? All of our kids deserve the best education that they can receive. Not just the ones that someone labels "at risk". All of our children should be labeled "at risk". Early education is extremely important in development and all kids should have access. Thank you
