My name is Jade Nealious, founder or Crowning Lupus LLC.  Through this organization, we serve over 500 people in South Carolina living with Lupus.  But it doesn't stop there! We also travel across South Carolina educating communities on Lupus. Advocating through an array of channels, I strive to educate South Carolina on this debilitating disease and the importance of finding a cure.

This year, Governor Haley declared May as Lupus Awareness month on our behalf for the very first time in South Carolina’s history.  We would like to do the same next year!

I would like to request Governor Haley's presence during the month of May for a reading of the Lupus Awareness Month proclamation on the State House grounds.

Please provide possible dates and times that would work with her schedule during the month of May so that we may schedule with general services. We truly appreciate her support!
