As I am limited to words, please can't the Governor raise the state tax on gas? After the recent storms, the loss of property, life and roads why can we just not consider it an act of God? My wife had tickets to theater in Columbia last Sunday and it was canceled, no refund, an act of God. Phase it in .05, .07? Just my 2 cents.
