I am writing in concern to a wrongful charge of a single vehicle accident which still shows on my driving record and continues to cost me thousands in insurance costs and jeopardizing my career. In January, 2012 , I was riding my motorcycle home when my rear tire blew and I was forced to lay the bike down on Kennerly Rd. in Irmo. No other vehicle or persons were involved. I was transported to the hospital for injuries before authorities reached the scene. I was charged with a DUI (wrongfully), which has been expunged, yet an accident shows on my report that I plead to have expunged as well. I have an ORDER FOR RECORDS DESTRUCTION signed by Summary Court Judge Mel Maurer,on August 22, 2014, that states THE DEFENDANT IS ENTITLED TO HAVE ALL RECORDS RELATING TO THIS OFFENSE EXPUNGED AND DESTROYED AT NO COST TO THE DEFENDANT. I trust and pray you will look into this matter with an intent of correcting this issue for me. I will be happy to send physical copies of all documents I have in my possession to assist you , if needed.
