Hello, Governor  Nikki  Haley  and  Staff  we're  looking  forward  to  your  help  in  this situation  we've  been  Harassed by  this H.U.D.  section-8  Evil tenant  mary  elizabeth  norris  Since  February  of  2011  and  this  Harassment  is  still  Ongoing ,  tonight  she  came  back to  where she  sometimes  stays 3015 Haverford Circle , Columbia , S.C.  29203  Wednesday  night  2/24/16 she  has  her  Spotlight  aimed  at  us and  the Bright  Spotlight  she  shines  it  into  our  windows  to  keep  my  ill  Spouse  awake  all  night .  mary  elizabeth  norris  and  her renter  clara m.  pryor who  gets  a monthly  check  can  go  elsewhere  and  pay  for  rent ,  but  they  both  continue to  Shine  this  Bright Lazer  like  Light Beam  on  us ,  in  the upper  torso  area  and  Invade  our  Privacy  and  shine  this  Spotlight  on  us  as  we  enter  the house  and  exit  the house .  When  can something  be  done  about  this  constant Harassment ?   Surely  there  must  be  a way  to  have  some  freedom  from  this  Nuisance  section-8 tenant ,  you  can  do  something  about  moving  this  nuisance  out  of  our  neighborhood .
