Good Morning Ms. Thomas, I am attaching a draft Proclamation for Military Spouse Appreciation Day. I pulled an old Proclamation to use as a template.  I know you will probably have to tweak it to fit within the Governor’s protocol. I hope this helps. Please don’t hesitate to call me to discuss. You can reach me at 803-465-3348. Thanks for all your help.

Good Morning Ms. Thomas. I am the State Family Programs Director for the South Carolina National Guard. We are planning to honor our Service Member’s spouses on National Military Spouse Appreciation Day on May 9, 2014. Our Adjutant General’s wife, Mrs. Barbara Livingston has already spoken to Governor Haley about this and being a Military Spouse herself, she supports this project. We are planning receptions across the state to honor these Spouses on May 9 and wanted to have a  Proclamation as part of the celebration. I am working this project for Mrs. Livingston and the National Guard. I’d like to get started and need your direction on what I need to do. Could you please tell me what you need from me. I can write a draft or anything else you need. Thanks,

V/R
