We are a German Brewing company who Imports/ Supplies beer to distributors in your state. While our main warehouse is in Baltimore we have a company office in Colorado. We are doing some research to see what specific laws are in place for Beer Price Increase on the Brewer/ Supplier Import Level. Can you please let me know the following: 1. Do we need to inform the State or do an Official Beer Price posting and if so how do we go about doing that? 2. Do we need to inform our distributors of the beer price increase and is there a time frame that must be done in? 3. Is there any literature you can send in regards to the laws or regulations in place for Beer Price Posting increases? 4. Is there a form that needs to be submitted?
