All persons desiring to support  petition, said hereof to advocate upon an amendment, that Gov. Nicki Haley and South Carolina General Assembly, should consider passing ["EXPUNGEMENT OF CRIMINAL RECORDS ACT"] into law. Petitioners henceforth believe with conviction that thus commonsense policy or bill, more than likely will produce promising and positive socioeconomic remedy for ex-offenders' quality-of-life'.

Many ex-offenders have been law-abiding and productive citizens for more than: ten, fifteen or even twenty years thereafter. On the contrary, negative societal stigma; continues to hinder their ability to provide the basic necessities of life; for families' social survival.

For example, they experience extreme social difficulties such as: to sustain adequate housing or stable shelter, to provide nutrient food or basic clothes, and many other social resources to note for themselves. Unless lawmakers legislate for commonsense policy, for persons who have be granted a governor's pardon. Society will continue to treat them as second-class -citizens. For this reason, thousands of us invisible voices-plead for "Second Chance in Life"!
