I am horrified to learn that bears in your state have been tortured for entertainment.
I have heard that this practice is illegal in every civilized country in the world except in the US and Pakistan.
This is what I would call animal cruelty . If people are allowed to treat animals this way , how can they possibly treat other people well ? 

Animal abusers are known to go on and hurt other people. I am disgusted that this practice has been allowed and that these animals are tethered in their mouth and their teeth broken for the enjoyment of the onlookers while dogs chase them. It is sickening , to the bears and the dogs . People who do this kind of thing are lower than any human being . We are not yet a civilized nation until this stops. I thought this was a better world than that.

Animals are not the same as people but they are just different . I do believe that animals have the right to live , and to be treated humanely . I am even working on being a vegetarian.

Please consider banning this barbaric sport from this state forever. And make the penalty for animal cruelty like this meaningful. Help make this a felony .
