Good Afternoon All,
The hotel arrangements were made, please see below for the statement from LogistiCare. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks!

Ms Miller called me as I making her brothers reservation. She wanted to stay at a particular hotel because they normally have 2 bedroom suites. I was trying to find an extended stay hotel with 2 beds so
they would have a kitchen type area because they were going to be there a while. I try to accommodate whenever possible. I told Ms Miller that if she wanted to book a particular hotel before I had a chance to look and see what was available that we would
reimburse them the $85/night. She stated that she did not want to do that for me to book the room. I even looked at the hotel she requested and it did not have a room available with 2 beds. So I booked them at the extended stay in North Charleston, they
did not want to cross the bridge to Mount Pleasant. After I booked the hotel and sent her the information she wanted me to change it to the residence inn and I told her I could not change it. They only had rooms with one bed and the room was already book
per her agreement. From what we were told they wanted the two bedroom because not only would the mother, who is primary caregiver, but also his fiancé were going to be staying. Only one escort was approved in the request.
If you have any other questions please let me know.

Will someone please contact me with an urgent issue I am having with Medicaid regarding my brother who has just had a heart transplant in MUSC and the hotel accommodations that are needed. I have spoken with the contact at Logisticare, Jacqueline Martin with no resolution and who is being very unreasonable to a reasonable request for more suitable accommodations for him and his mother.
Thank you,
Kenyatta Miller
