While euthanasia is never a pleasant thing to do Marion Richardson and Hank Rogers had no right to improperly eradicate defenseless, frightened animals in this manner. I read that they were charged with improper euthanasia and a bond hearing was held. They should be ashamed of what and how they took the lives of homeless, yes I said homeless, animals and I would request that Governor Haley put forth, and get passed, legislation where people can't breed cats or dogs and they have to go to shelters to get a pet. Anyone who wants a pet should be vetted before they can have one. Too many people are getting away with murder.
