Hello The Honorable Nikki Hailey:
My name is Lillian Huger of Mount Pleasant, SC.  I am a fiber artist of the centuries old cultural art form of 'Sweet Grass Baskets'.  My work has received recognition from the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Best of Show at the Knoxville Museum, juried in Chicago's Artfest, Best in Category, Academy Museum in Marylland and other juried venues on the eastern seaboard.  

I have created a piece that has 9 symbolic-abstract figures embedded in the art, representing the 9 souls in flight towards heavenly places.  I would like to donate this art to the First Lady, Michelle Obama and the governor of SC, Nikki Hailey.
