Signals are for tourists only. There is no speed limits on the Freeways except for tourists. The shoulder is for passing when traffic is heavy. Brake lights are not required except for tourists. There is little or no police on the freeways to help unless one calls. If someone tries to pass you speed up so he/she cannot but if they do try and pass them. Talking on your cell phone is a requirement when on the freeways but only in the number 1 lane(Fast lane). I hope I have these correct. This is the ninth state I have lived in and the traffic rules seem to be the opposite of every where else so I do not want to get into trouble. All most forgot, right hand turn lanes are for passing when traffic is heavy even they the sigh states right hand turn lane required. only. Thank you for helping me be a goos SC driver. 98.124.78.122
