The hoa is not keeping the fire lanes clear. They are on private roads so the police cannot help me. My neighbor continues to block my driveway, and park in the street. It makes it difficult or impossible to go in and out of my driveway, The HOA is not enforcing the fire lanes, the police cannot and there are no HOA laws so I can enjoy my property. Finally as a American with disabilities I need to make sure the fire lanes stay clear in the event I have an allergic reaction as I have had serious allergic reactions to a variety of items including steroids which is what is used to allergic reactions and I have been hospitalized due to these allergies. I need to be able to live in my home in safety and peace. We need hoa laws or laws to enforce fire lanes even if on private property. Please let me know what I can do in the mean time so I can come and go from my property and the fire lanes are clear for emergency vehicles when needed. Thank you,
