I fail to see how allowing online poker would in any way be detrimental to this state. The arguments against online poker; lack of regulation, problem gamblers, underage utilization, and so forth, are all the very reason to allow online poker and enforce strict standards against fraud, underage use and so forth. Gaming industry experts in Nevada, New Jersey and other areas have a long history of expertise in providing fair, secure gaming. 

I urge you to reconsider your stance on this matter as a stance of this nature is a limit to personal freedom, especially when considering the fact that this is an activity practiced in the privacy of one's home and causes no harm to anyone. A regulated marketplace in the hands of US software experts would create a safe, secure environment for US citizens to play online poker.

I expect some sort of form letter response stating that you are happy to hear my concerns, etc. but would appreciate an honest statement of your stance on this matter. I imagine it is due to GOP ties to Sheldon Adelson and expect you will continue to support his stance as it favors limiting his competition, maximizing his profits, and, as a result filling fund-raising coffers for your particular group of politicians.
