Hi, I am so frustrated about moving to SC.... trying to change a car registation and get a new driver's license shouldn't take an act of God.... I have lived in several states and never have I had so much trouble transferring my car registration and getting a new license.  Why sooooo difficult...  can't we do something to change this silly situation....  Common sense would help... please this is ridiculous
