Please, please, have DSS or DHEC get right over to Alpha Health and Rehab at 401 Chandler in Greer immediately! My mother came here from the VA in columbia last night while I was out of town and I am yanking her out of this horrid facility immediately. Luckily I have the ability, even if insurance doesn't cover the cost, to get my mother to another facility, but I fear for the other residence here. Most recent state inspection I found on line from 2013 was appalling and I can't believe  this place is even open.

This facility in no way represents how South Carolinians should be treated, and it sure as hell shouldn't be getting any tax dollars through medicaid.
