Zachary Hammond was murdered by Lt. Mark Tiller in Seneca earlier this year. Anyone who has seen the video of this murder can clearly see that an out-of-control cop was advancing toward the Hammond vehicle and shooting from the side and rear of the victim. Tiller's claim that he feared for his life is ludicrous. Since the local Solicitor wants to side with the cops and Alan Wilson has chosen not to do his job, it would appear that your office is the only remaining avenue for criminal charges against Tiller. Please intervene in this situation and see that justice is served by charging Lt. Tiller with murder. It would also be great if you could remove Alan Wilson from office for failure to do his job.
