<WFUD_Request>Dear Governor Haley:

I have just had a horrible experience this morning by basically being assaulted by a mob of people while attempting to apply for Electric assistance in Hampton County's LowCountry Community Action Agency office located inside of the Hampton County's Department of Social Services.  I am led to make you aware of what is going on in this office, most likely on a regular basis.  I have contacted Law Enforcement, as well as, contacted other proper authorities.  The following is a link to a Word document of an email I sent just this morning that describes the incident or "scene".  

There must surely be a better resolution or process that could be followed to prevent this kind of thing from happening again in our local agencies.
